  • Read reviews of them being rude. Hands down, there is value in companies that give good customer service - these guys are not one of them, at least via phone. Rude, uneducated and unhelpful the people that answer the phones sure leave a sour taste in my mouth. Good luck, I would rather pay elsewhere for a more expensive cut than go here where they clearly do not understand good business.
