  • Take this as warning about all Warrenty company and how they operate. I bought American Home Shield Warrenty. I request work order for bath tub faucet because hot water issue. They send AMA air heating and cooling co. First guy came out, ended up broke the pieces and cause more damage which made even more difficult to fix. He said the whole valve need to be replaced now. Moreover, He didn't have all tools and ended up borrowing one of mine. The second guy come out, he worked hard to fix the first guy caused. Then, he switched hot water from cold, end up taking several trials to get it right. He was busy reading instructions and still wasn't sure. Then, he didn't have Alan wrench to screw back the handle asked if I have one. He told me to go to a store to get it and fix it myself. Now the hot water works, he was going to take off without completing the job. I mean what kind of Warrenty company hires people who does not know what they are doing? Problem with this whole plumbing business is that there are scrupulous plumbers out there we reluctantly have to buy a Warrenty. Even so, this company hires cheap and inexperienced company/people make the matters worse. What kind of business practice is this?
