| - Wow this place is breath-taking. It's like an apartment, so worth every cent!
They are currently under construction, so finding the front desk was like a drive in a circle. But don't let their jammed look throw you off. The renovation was for their lobby so understandable! They were quick and efficient, so ready to help and make your stay better (if possible!) The front desk helped us navigate how to get to our room. He said he called a bellman to help with our luggage but that never happened. Oh wells!
This place is seriously like a personal apartment! You walk in and there's a fully functional kitchen. Honestly, this alone blew my mind! There is a refrigerator, microwave, stove-top, oven, coffee-maker, automatic can opener. Upon further roaming there's stoves, pots, pans, utensils, cooking utensils (can opener, wine bottle opener, etc.) Even a water boiler, more trash bags, a little pamolive dishwasher soap. Just so much more than basic amenities! Also a little island that has seats perfect for breakfast!
There's a central "dinner table" area / work area. complete with four chairs around a table underneath a chandelier with two seats on the side. Four outlets in every corner. it opens up to the living room and the kitchen. Livingroom has a love seat couch, two solo couch, a coffee table and a dresser with a mounted tv that moves to different angles! Door to the balcony with a coffee table and chairs outside.
There's a little hallway that leads to the washer/dryer, imagine that, a hotel with a personal sized washer/dryer, complete with a basket and complimentary first load detergent! The bathroom had a bathtub, immaculate doesn't even begin to describe how great the tub looked. I typically never take a bath, overly concerned with it being dirty. But with a bit of music and candles this was a getaway spa experience!
This place comes with one or two bedrooms, we had one. There was a king sized bed with two side tables complete with lamps on each side (no more debating who turns off the light!) There's another flat screen in the bedroom, with awesome channels! (I'm personally a sucker for the food network) Then the walk-in closet puts most hotel rooms to shame, let alone compare it to another closet.
The pool was very nice! There's a bin of toys for kids/adults to use in the family pool. In the adult pool there were a couple noodles, otherwise it's a fairly decent sized pool. However, beware, the pool only goes to 5'1.5 ft so DO NOT DIVE.
Complimentary ice cream, coffee, pastries and a welcome bag! So nice. Before even entering concierge , Rebecca greeted us and opened the door for us to get our goodies. After receiving goodies the concierge team helps you able to: plan out trips, find dining places (Diamond Resorts has deals with some for free dessert, or whatnot, and honestly it feels like a VIP service from the restaurants. She also helped us book another trip!
Overall, this place was an amazing, breath-taking experience and I cannot wait for the next experience to come!
