  • This was HORRENDOUS. My first exposure to Phoenix and I was terrible. The lady at the counter seemed nice, walking to our room there were people outside, shady people, just loitering. There were doors banging the ENTIRE FREAKEN NIGHT. A pound fight broke out around 4 am just outside our door and it seemed NO one was going to stop it or even cared. The flippen banging of the door though was SERIOUSLY ridiculous. I slept maybe a totally of 2 hours that night. There were people walking, talking, screaming, the entire night. The room itself was clean, but was supposed to sleep there. There was a queen bed and a hide-a-bed. The couch hide-a-bed had no sheets, no covers, no pillow, no extra blankets, just a mattress that looked like it's never been cleaned. This was BY FAAAARRRRR the worst overnight stay experience I have EVER ever had.
