  • Love this place , very clean and great group of girls just not so big on Susan the new owner. I loved this place when it was run by the old owner as she turned it into a "spa" experience more than your your typical nail salon. Susan can be rude. I'm a regular and if I happen to walk in without an appointment, she'll ask what you're there for and if it's just a 'manicure' you're likely not getting it done because that's exactly what happened with me and she didn't even give me an option of when to return but rather responding we're booked for the rest of the day, please call next time. I don't think I'm VIP or anything but if you're fully booked like you say you are then don't ask why I'm there because it makes it look like that you will make time for me if I was getting more than a manicure. It was a huge disappointment but I love the place and will continue to go to Rebecca, kelly and Gina.
