I wish I could give this place negative stars. I came in and filled out my paperwork... no problem. There was a wait... no biggie. I'm a very patient person. When they called me back I spoke to a white fit male doctor, he asked me some questions and he told me come back with my doctors paperwork. Now mind you I just paid $125 to see this doctor and I asked him about that as well. He look frustrated when I asked. I did not get loud or give attitude when I asked about my money. He answered my question and gave me my options. I chose to get my money back and go somewhere else. I left his room and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk and he told me to wait for my money in the back. While waiting in the back the previous doctor I spoke with open the door and hits me in my lower back with the door knob. It was not a round knob, it was one with a handle. I was just telling him how I have severe lower back pain and he was just pressing on my back... so as I'm typing this my back is hurting. The worst part is I move to the side once getting hit and look at the doctor... he rolls his eyes. So yea... they aren't the nicest people. This wasn't the only rude thing done today. The front desk associate asked if a Latino women was legal and asked me if I was on food stamps... while these are common questions they weren't asked to everyone. These events happened on 2/01/18 around the time of 13:10 and 14:15. As I write this my back still hurts.
