The worst buying experience ever. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a graduation gift by purchasing a new Jeep Renegade. I thought that this dealership would've treated us better than the dealerships that "hide the trade keys". Well I was definitely wrong. I should've known better when I would get multiple emails and phone calls numerous times a day, even when I told them I was in the hospital with my daughter. Kyle is the biggest problem there. He is a liar and try's to play it off like the numbers were just a mistake. He lie's about the pricing and the rate. I asked the sales lady to please make sure that she goes over everything with my daughter since it was for her and it was her first car experience. I sent my daughter up there the next day to pick up her new Jeep. To my surprise when I got home from work, she advised me that they did NOT show her how to work anything, the car was not detailed and the vehicle did Not have gas in it ( she had to get off the freeway to put gas in because she was running out). I called the dealership and made my sales lady aware of this and she said my daughter was lying. I ended having to get the owners manual out to try and help her set things up and learn how to remove the sky top. I, by mistake pushed the sos button and someone connected with us. She congratulated my daughter on her purchase and apologized on LHM behalf for the rude and unprofessional treatment she had received. If you want a dealership that lies and plays games, this is the one for you. My suggestion is run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Will I ever refer anyone here ABSOLUTELY NOT!! will I tell EVERYONE about my horrible experience, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
