  • What a dump! Expensive as hell and roaches everywhere. I was lucky. my neighbors had bed bugs but I didnt. I didn't stick around and wait to get them. Phoenix PD refers to this place as the Felony Suites. They are there daily. If you have kids, don't stay here. kids are not allowed to play or be outside. My 12 year old daughter was given a written warning for being outside without an adult present. She had been walking back from the dumpster after taking out the trash. The manager Korina is very nasty, argumentative and aggressive. They like to have the drug addicts there because they stay inside and get high. When they come outside they drop their used needles all over the property. Derry the security guard has sexual relationships with many of the tenants and those are the ones that don't get messed with. BTW.... Derry is married. in the first month I was there I was overcharged $167.00 The staff can't add so don't trust their math.
