This is the worst customer service experience I have ever recieved. I just spoke with the manager, Veronica for 5 minutes and had to walk out of the store before I completely lost it. She blamed me for ruining a charger that they originally sold to me saying was covered under warranty for 1 year, yet when it's broken they won't replace it, but can offer a discount. Absolutely absurd. Do not go here, and especially don't speak with Veronica. Verizon does not take care of their customers, at all.
