  • After a fender bender, I was planning on using a Lexus recommended shop for my RX 450. Let's just say the customer service and attitude I received "over there" was not acceptable. This was a State Farm claim and I decided to go with one of their "select service" shops. I checked Yelp for any insight I could find. This led me to Ultimate Collision Anthem and Dennis Termeer. From the moment we spoke, it was clear this guy was a professional. Very thorough and straightforward, Dennis was a wealth of knowledge concerning body repair! My part was ordered before I brought my car in, and when her told me it could be ready by Friday, I must admit I was highly skeptical, based on EVERY body shop experience of my previous 38 years of driving. Much to my surprise, my car was ready on Thursday! Who does that?! Dennis told me if I ever needed anything or had any questions about ANYTHING car related to please reach out. Something tells me he was 100% sincere. The front office was top notch as well. My experience with Ultimate was as good as it gets, and I will be referring anyone in need to Dennis Termeer and Ultimate Collision Anthem!
