  • Our original Liftmaster garage door relay system crapped out after 18 years. We could no longer access our garage with external keypad or remotes. So we called JDT. They were prompt, courteous and booked us for an appointment within 24 hours. Trevor was our technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and clearly defined what the problem was. In less than 1 hour we had a new $636 state of the art Liftmaster unit installed. Its pretty cool to see how technology has advanced. Including access to your garage with your cell phone. Overall I am very pleased. i didn't want to fork over $636, but it is what it is. We are lucky the original Liftmaster unit lated as long as it did! 18 years. In a world where Garage door service business are a dime a dozen, i would have to cast my vote for JDT as being so professional, courteous and conveniently located to my home in Mesa. Give them a call.
