  • I saw Dr. Banfield for a root canal yesterday. First of all he is SO NICE. He was really great about explaining everything about his procedure, his dental assistant was very nice as well. I don't remember her name but apparently she has worked there for over a decade. The money I spent for the laughing gas was well worth it. It made 45 minutes feel like 10 although it was quite funny tasting. I went home with ibuprofen which I took yesterday. I have not taken any pain medication today including ibuprofen, and I have absolutely no pain other than some mild soreness if I touch the side of my jaw with my hand. I'd probably take a root canal with Dr. Banfield over general dental work with a regular dentist. Would recommend 5000%.
