Called the post office at 8:30 a.m. which is when they are scheduled to be open. The answering machine told me to call back during regular business hours. Called 5 minutes later and got the same message. At 8:40 a.m. I finally got a live person. We got cut off so I tried to call back. No one answered the phone until after 9:10 a.m. All I wanted to do was make an appointment for a pass port. Why did it take so long?
Fast forwarding to my appointment day: I was scheduled for 3:15 and got there at 3:10 p.m. I did not get waited on until 3:35 p.m. No one said " we'll be with you" or anything of a courteous manner. Maybe this is Las Vegas style but it is not the BUSINESS style! Customers make you. Don't think that you are too far from having to treat customers with respect. There are other companies vying for your business and they are much friendlier.
