Ugh, this is the most expensive and inefficient Starbucks experience ever. $10 for a venti iced tea and coffee cake. Five people working, but only one register open. The general manager is walking around supervising,and it doesn't appear that he's concerned about the length of the line. Just watched another customer get her order cancelled and refunded, when she only requested to remove a sandwich. I'd avoid this location and take a longer walk to get better service down the street. I will in the future.
ETA - You cannot redeem rewards here! So if you're looking to upgrade your bonus treat, it will cost you. One person write the orders and hands them to the cashier, so you're paying out of pocket for what you thought would be your freebie.
