  • If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!! I ordered a couch on the memorial day sale. I figured it would take a month or so. I've now waited a month since the date of order and was just told it's ready but I cannot get it until MID AUGUST!!!!! It has to go sit in a wharehouse for a month and a half! Meanwhile I've already moved into my place and have to sit on the floor because I do not have any couch! NONE of this was explained to me when I purchased the couch or I would have gone elsewhere. The customer service has been zero they plain do not care. The WORST part is it was rang as a cash sale on my Pottery Barn card and I now have to pay for a couch I've yet to even see for well over a month!!!!! I was so excited for this stupid couch I splurged on and now I don't even want the thing. What a disaster. My first major purchase and DEFINITELY my last. Go to a REAL furniture store!!!!!
