  • Having moved here recently with our senior cats, we hadn't really had an opportunity to have our furry companions checked out regularly like we did previously. One morning recently while getting our kids ready for school I noticed that our long haired cat was intermittently wheezing and gasping and in the short amount of time it took to get our kids to school while making calls around to find an animal ER, we came home to find that he had passed. We were devastated. The staff, having never treated our cat, were incredibly kind and genuinely felt the pain of our loss and helped guide us through the process of his final arrangements. We were genuinely surprised and grateful when a few days later we received a condolences card in the mail signed by the staff. Thank you for making the grieving process a bit easier!
