  • Love this dealership! Wrote a previous review, but wanted to follow up with a service review. They have just remodeled their service area and upgraded their system. Now, when I take my car in they send a text message with their info on who to contact if I have any questions. When my Jeep was done I received a text message alerting me it was ready to pick up with a link to pay online if I wanted to. This was great and really saved time. The people in service are always nice and with this new system this dealership has really made the service process much more streamlined and easy for the customer. Today I'm at Lake Norman CJDR again because they give free car washes to their customers! You gotta love it!
