  • i am currently a resident, a little over a year and so far there has been several deaths on the property, the guy who lived below me didnt come out his house for several weeks, turns out he was dead and rotting, so if thats something that bothers you, ask the office about it before they move you in. good news is unless your wrapped up in drugs the survival rate is high. the property looks nothing like the pictures but its still ok, the rent is cheap and office is nice normally very fast when it comes to making repairs. has a nice park where children play in. i would recommend it but not long term
