Wow was this the worse experience ever in the 10 years I have been a multi-state Firestone customer! I called at about 830AM to set an appointment the same day at 200PM for a check on a nail embedded in one tire plus a wheel alignment. The man that answered the phone was such a disgrace! Before I even detailed what service I needed, he did not even say good morning and proceeded to whine about how the weekends were bad at his store due to personnel shortages, BEFORE I even said what my car needed. And when I did arrive for my 2PM appointment, WHOA! a lady rushed out of the garage bay and angrily yelled at me "What are you here for?" 9i was up front since I am handicapped and parked close to the store doors). She huffed and puffed about my confirmed appointment, called me a liar, said that I was at the wrong store UNTIL I pressed redial on my phone and her store rang up. Now what the heck is going on with these employees whom we pay (I have lifetime tire and alignment services)?
