  • I first called them to schedule an appointment. The lady on the phone which I didn't get her name was very kind and told me to come right in they could issue me a temporary business card and scheduled me an appointment for 1030. It was currently 1017 and I was 5 mins away. When I got there at 1025 I was greeted by a dalia who told me I didn't have an appointment and wanted to make her point by saying you don't have an appointment to sit down and wait. I explained my situation that I had just called but she insisted I didn't and wanted to prove her point. I was then politely greeted by Miguel who was very professional and did a great job. It took him all of 5 mins to issue the new card. He then went an apologized for dalia. I overheard some employees arguing about a chair to sit in. I'd say overall experience is 0 stars but Miguel made it worth it.
