  • I got an advertisement in the mail from value pack for 34.75 to clean five rooms any size suddenly I have a $299 bill in front of me. I asked specifically on the phone how much it would cost to clean stairs they told me one dollar when they got here it turned into three dollars. They did not disclose a $15 service fee but they said look at the coupon it's in very small print and red. Then they try to upsell me on pre-treatment and all this other stuff it's a bunch of nonsense what a scam. The job look like I just had a vacuum and nothing else. Then they ran my card and told me I didn't have enough funds I called my bank they didn't run my card. Very disappointing I will never use anyone in a value pack again.
