  • We have never used a maid service before and decided to give it a try. I love that I could setup an appointment online and they had availability right away. Also, when I setup the appointment you have to state how many bedrooms and bathrooms, but there is no option for half baths. I made a note about this and the manager contacted me the next day to say he would adjust the price to reflect the half bath. They took my payment information with the booking however they don't charge until the day after the cleaning when they verify your services were to your liking. The two ladies, Erenia and Maria, that came to our house did a wonderful job, in some ways more than expected. The only thing they missed were the ceiling fans, which we'll just ask them to do next month, no t a big deal. They arranged the kid's rooms, even their toys and beds, and even braided our daughter's doll's hair, which blew us AND our daughter away. We are signing up for a monthly service as a result of this experience. I would and have recommended them to our family and friends! Great service, and wonderful follow-up!
