| - Good location, machines and prices but lousy owners, shady customers, irritating carts and new staff is not attentive to cleaning.
I have periodically utilized this location for a couple of years when ever I've had loads to large to do at home and I had always been pleased, up until the recent changes.
ATMOSPHERE: I've been pestered many times by traveling salesmen and upon my last visit I was approached and offered to buy drugs! The new staff does not conduct frequent walk throughs to clean up and they don't address parents allowing their children to misuse carts, sit on the counters and constantly causing a nuisance by literally running around and screaming.
AWEFUL OWNERS: It's a real shame that upon multiple visits I've seen and heard the owners being condescending when speaking to their good employees and ignore their customers. They never say hello or acknowledge the people that are putting money into their pockets. and when their internet went down, no one was on site to assist. When contacting their service number, eg. Owners, and relaying that everyone was unable to add money to machines mid wash and dry, they basically said unless someone has cash their out of luck.
CARTS: They recently changed their laundry carts to a higher up construction so that their obviously not stolen but it creates so many inconveniences for customers. I no longer have a bar with a way to safely hang my belongings and it makes using them to fold large sheets impossible. Also, being handicapped, I relied on the ability to use the carts to either bring loads in/out to where I parked or when I briefly pulled up by the doors to load/unload. There was a young lady on site who did offer and help me carry my belonging but that's all I saw her do during her shift.
There used to be a gentleman employee there that was always on top of cleaning however I haven't seen him lately and am uncertain if he's still employed with them.
So why 2 and not 0 stars? Their machines are good, prices are standard, (although it cost a quarter to use the restroom!), location is right next to shopping so I really liked that and I have always seen security out in the parking area so I feel safe outside. It's great to have free wifi and a card system that takes debit/credit card payments and they always have a good selection of items in their vending machines. Also upon forgetting a load one time, I called up the next day and they had held on to it for me and I was able to come in and retrieve it.
Overall, since I'm fed up with the owners and the recent changes have all been negative, I have decided that when I need to utilize a laundry facility again, I will seek a different company not officiated with this one.
