  • With about a few minutes left before close, com ing from almost 15 minutes away, I called to verify what I needed was in stock as my near by usual place closed 2 hours!! Prior to this one... Not only was what I needed in stock but the price was exactly as it should be. No over pricing. My coil was burned and I really didnt want to wait another 15 to 20 min to get home. Not only did (((Steven))) let me change my coil in the store but he also offered to help me if there was anything I needed helping with. Steven totally surprised me and showed me a way to change out my coil without wasting any juice I already had inside all in about 1 minute...if that!!! (If i wasn't in such a hurry, I asked a simple question and he even tried at helping me set something properly in my mod. ) Which was exactly the kind of help I needed as I already dragged my husband out late in the first place and had waiting in the car for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes doing all that, and without getting price gouged plus the travel there! THANK YOU STEVEN! And thank you Scarlett Vapors, for staffing good, proactive personnel!
