What a shame. I walked in for a quick suit because although I have a ton of suits for work I wanted to grab one new one for a special occasion next week. What's sad is that this was my suit place for the last four years and I buy an average of five suits from them a year. So I walk in and the owner who I guess forgot my face rushes towards me- guessed my size - and immediately gabbed a suit for me to try. Yeah..... um how about greeting me? How about asking me what I'm in the market for? So I tell him I'm looking for a black suit and he immediately turns to the back to show me the plain black suits. I follow him and try the jacket on and it fits but had he taken the time to ask me questions about my needs he would have known I wanted a black pin stripe suit. So we go back to the pin stripes- grab it- measured where to cuff the pants- and walks to the register. He says "This suit is 20% off"- I say great! He rings me up for $268. Ummmm. Yeah I'm sorry I thought it was $99 plus about $40 to $50 for tailoring. I know it's extra for the three piece suits and I have bought plenty of those from them but this was a basic black pin striped two piece suit. I apologized for my confusion and left. I wrote this review because the entire time I was there I felt as if I was being hustled. I'm the Vice President of a bank and I've never been treated this way at a suit store. This will be the last time I go there and I don't recommend them any longer. What a shame.
