I am a frequent Anthro shopper at the brick and mortar store in Greenville SC. I did place an order online a few weeks ago. I was charged for an item I did not receive and also received someone else's order in my package. Their solution was for ME to readdress the package with the return label and take it to my local mailing store. Also, my refund for the charge for the items I did not receive won't be credited until it goes through a 2-3 day processing refund request. When I asked if they would be compensating me for their error, I was told she could authorize a discount for my next online order. Guess what?!!! I won't ever be ordering online with them again!!! Boo, Anthro....boooooooo.
