  • My cousin came into town just before the holiday weekend with her 5 Series BMW. When I walked into Master Automotive Centers, I was greeted by the owner with a handshake, smile and a genuine concern for my problem. I told Vic the car was driving funny and did not know if it was the tires or a suspension problem. The Technician was on my car immediately and Todd quickly determined that the radial belt in the right rear tire was broken and one of my cousin's front tires had an issue. I was informed that the suspension was in good shape and that I needed to replace all tires in order to take care of the poor ride. Since Vic's shop was closed for the holiday weekend he recommended two other shops that could take care of the tires on Saturday. It's hard to find a great honest shop with awesome customer service. I will definitely be taking my own vehicles to Master Automotive Centers on Rancho Drive!
