  • This is a nice establishment however the nech tech that did my gel manicure did a horrible job. I asked for my nails cut but she literally cut them all the way to the nail bed and never asked if the length was acceptable before proceeding. When I realized what she had done it was too late. I was pretty upset by how short they were because it made my fingers sore. She also did a bad job at applying to gel polish and the description for gel mani includes cuticle oil and hot towel, she did not do either. The manager just made an excuse for her and said you should have said just trim. I don't think I will visit again. Also with pedicures they charge .50ยข more than what's posted on their sign for the plastic bag they use to line the foot tub. Why not just include it in the price?
