I like the idea of European wax center because each store front should be standardized and the locations I have been too are clean from a sanitary standpoint. The thing that I dislike about this particular location is the front staff. They seem to hire less than high quality girls who are more concerned with themselves and their current life problems than with the customers they are supposed to be helping. Some in particular are unprofessional looking which does not speak well to the image that EWC claims to be selling. They are often short and unfriendly to the point that you wonder if they are reading a script and are not capable of conversation or answering questions outside of their limited predetermined sales pitches.
The waxers however are typically quite friendly and talented. But the poor quality of the store front is becoming enough to deter me from returning to this location or to a EWC all together.
