Attended the production of Alladin. I am not writing to comment on the production I saw but the theatre itself was/is lovely. When I was a youngster this theatre used to offer six theatres to watch movies in(yep just aged myself). The theatre has been remodeled to its original state with a bit of a modern twist. This theatre is a delight to attend. The crown molding on the ceilings and all the hand carved artwork is worth a visit.
The bathrooms were super clean and modernized. The prices at the bar was reasonable compared to others. I would suggest that you catch any type of play just to view the ornate décor of this landmark of Toronto.
