  • I have had a lot of hiccups not only with the manager Ryan being very disrespectful, where I had to talk to the District manager but Sunday I went to remove some items from my storage unit. It did rain a few days, I'm on the second floor. My family and I were standing near the elevator and water started to drop we looked up and there was water rusted water covered up with masking tape and and small piece of tarp which was falling off. Sorry but that wasn't from the rain that just happened. The floor was flooded big rust spot on the ceiling it was really disgusting. I can't wait to move the rest of my items out of this storage facility
