  • Marigolds and Onions catered our wedding at the Toronto Reference Library back in September. I cannot even express how wonderful they were from the get go. I knew I had to work with them based on my initial conversations with Carol who was attentive, understanding and had a genuine excitement to work on our event. All of our concerns were addressed with ease and Carol was open to meeting with us anytime to discuss the event and would respond to us promptly if we called or sent an e-mail. When it came to the day of the event, Carol and her team made sure every detail we envisioned was executed. The set-up was beyond our expectations and the food was so delicious, plentiful and beautifully plated. At one point at the beginning of the evening, we had a long line of guests waiting to enter the event to greet us and Carol and her team were quick to serve alcohol and canapes to those waiting in line which was a great hit among the guests and created a cocktail party atmosphere in the line. We received a number of compliments from our guests who were impressed by the quality of the food, its presentation and the great service they received. Carol definitely put all her energy into creating such a special event for us with attention to every detail and was a dream to work with. I am so happy we chose to work with Marigolds and Onions and I would highly recommend them to any brides in search of an outstanding caterer for their wedding. As a vendor they went beyond their role to make sure every detail was perfect and that we would be happy with the outcome.
