  • He does not deserve a star. Worse service I have ever encountered. I read his reviews and they must have been written by store staff and relatives. This man was rude and insullting. Refused to perform warranty work unless I paid him for bogus repair work. There was nothing wrong with the vacuum except for one part which is covered by warranty. He lied about repairs to the factory. He returned my vacuum in pieces. I consider him to be a scam artist who takes advantage of customers with his con job.
