Bought a quilting precision tool. It was out of stock. They ordered it and said it would arrive in about two weeks. I called almost a month later to check on the status to see if it had arrived. I spoke to Wendy and she said it has not yet arrived. She said it's on back order. I was never called and notified that the item was on back order. Had I been notified, I would have purchased the item elsewhere. I tried to support a local business. I found it online instead. The online order should be here in a couple days. When I told her that I ordered it from somewhere else and would like a refund, she stated "all sales are final." Luckily, I had the foresight to know that something like this would happen so I put it on my American Express. American Express refunded my money as a gesture of goodwill. Cynthia's, on the other hand is going to keep my money. You have been warned. Think twice about doing business with this company. Apparently, you're not worth a phone call or 30 seconds of their time.
