  • CWC removed a dead tree did a landscaping trimming and cleanup for me. In addition, Mark first did a walk thru with me to address my needs and concerns and discuss a plan going forward. This initial meeting took longer than I would have preferred but they explained that because of current job and vacation schedules, it would take a couple weeks to get together. I then got on their schedule for the initial maintenance. The crew showed up a couple days later than scheduled because of unanticipated work delays on another project, but this worked out fine since my schedule was flexible. JT, the foreman, was very personable, capable, and helpful in listening to my needs and explaining their approach and a plan going forward. The crew did a very good job, and the yard looked great. JT indicated that a different person would be in touch with me soon to check my irrigation system and make any necessary adjustments.
