  • Horrible horrible horrible! Not only were we mislead throughout the process, we got locked into a higher rate than what was agreed upon! Back and forth with this company consistently through the loan and lied to. I got over that and have moved forward the reason I'm writing this now is because they sold my loan and didn't transfer any of my funds that I already paid them. I called their main office right now and was told in simplistic terms it's not there responsibility now they don't own the loan! Seriously? What a piece of $#!+ Company to pray on the first time home buyers! This will be getting reported to the BBB in hopes that nobody else gets screwed the way we did!
