  • Terrible company. Awful customer service. Scam. I was on hold with HSA this morning for 62 minutes! No one picked up the phone to let me know they were working in my claim and would be with me shortly - nothing, just awful hold music for over AN HOUR! When I finally spoke to someone, I was told they would give me $225 towards an $800 repair on a mini-split heating unit. The unit needs to be replaced (7 service calls in 6 months, and still not repaired). I was told that even if they approved it for replacement they would only pay $500 towards the total $3,500 cost. I have cancelled my contract with this worthless company and will dispute any fees with my credit card company. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is a waste of hard earned money. And they do not respect their customers at all!
