  • I had my initial appointment nearly 2months ago. Never got a call my trial contacts were in so I decided just to order the sample I was given. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they had ordered the wrong trials and reordered them stating it would take a week. Rhey also wpuld not let me order until i use the trials. Well this was nearly 3 weeks ago and no call. tried calling a few times today to see if they were even in and of course no answer. So frustrating.
