  • I was excited to try this place based on the reviews, I am new in town and wanted to find a regular nail place; so I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately I have experienced better. I am sure they are very nice to their regular customers and go above and beyond for them. I treated my mother and I to pedicures, we were walk in's so I did expect to have to wait. We waited about 20 minutes which wasn't bad. It seemed clean on a superficial standpoint, I would have to go more time than once to judge the consistent clean technique. So for my pedicure, I never got her name because she didn't engage with me, only when I prompted conversation to be polite. When I spoke to her she was very callus and did not even look up to talk, she was all about getting it done with. I felt the pedicure experience was rushed and no extension of a good experience was taken. The tech buffed my feet with a file/stone and basically just roughed up my heels, so when I left my heels where all worse than when I came in, she did not smooth it out to make them soft. The massage was basic hand gliding for 30 seconds each foot and when she used the "hot stones" to make it more relaxing she had no idea what she was doing. She rubbed the dry hot stones on my shin, grinding them along my bones-I told her that was uncomfortable, so she just stopped-NICE I paid for that!! After leaving I buffed my own heels smooth again, then I noticed she NEVER cleaned under my toenails, they were still dirty and full of gunk. I don't expect VIP treatment but when you spend money on NON-essentials and service you should be granted such. What people pay for at salon's and spas is customer service and an accommodating environment. The only reason this place gets even three stars from me is because the polish stayed on as it should, and my mother didn't complain as her tech seemed more engaged in her job. I don't know if I would go back. So all in all, maybe research a consistent tech that cares about their customers and you may have a five star experience.
