Fort Mill Ford Service is terrible!! Be warned! Don't go to this dealership for service if you have a water leak on a brand new vehicle!! On 9-2-2016
I called at 730am Mary could not get in touch with the water leak guy Reggie, but would call me when she did get him.I waited till 9am & showed up at the deslership I see 1 service guy working with someone else. 9:06 was asked to be helped, Mary stated Reggie, water leak guy, not responding to dealership phone calls. Only 1 guy services water leaks? 9:08 was told this dealership can not do anything for my water leak. Reggie only comes in once a week on fridays, and they can't reach him today.
Fyi we have a tropical storm coming & the water guy is unreachable?? Fort Mill Ford needs to be proactive & have a backup plan for brand new vehicles that leak. ( FORD - Fix Or Repair Daily ? Wondering if this is going to be the last Ford I ever have)
