  • Still standing in line. Had rented a midsized vehicle. And they kindly gave us a large suv (Ford expedition) which we didn't find out until we got to it. The car won't fit in the small space at the condo where we were staying. We asked them to provide a smaller car, which they are, but instead of dealing with it right away, made us stand in the 6 person line waiting to see the only clerk. Pretty poor attitude. Hopefully sorted soon.
