  • Horrible service and contempt from the staff AND the one doctor at this location, Dr. Allen. After being left to sit in one of the rooms for more than an hour, after the scheduled appointment time, we went looking for the doctor in the hallway. When we found her, told her we'd been waiting for more than an hour past our appointed time, she said back in an annoyed tone that she was busy and that it would be a while. No apology or attempt at customer service or friendliness. We went back to the room to decide how much longer to wait. A few minutes later one of the employees came in an stated, with a glare, that the doctor was busy and that we could see a nurse or reschedule. I started to explain my shock and that we'd been waiting for more than an hour, when she glared again, and interrupted me sassily repeating that we could see a nurse or reschedule. Again, no apology, and not only bad customer service, but it was as if we were annoying them with our presence. A lot can be tolerated with a small amount of courtesy. A rude staff can be tolerated for a kind doctor. When both don't care one ounce about you, run. We left, and don't plan on going back. Do yourself a favor and find a different OB.
