  • This hot yoga studio is awesome! The staff was always attentive and polite to me. I appreciate how clean the studio was always kept. It seemed they always had fresh towels available before and after yoga class. They gave me really good information on yoga matts and yoga towels that I could purchase online. I am tall (5'10) so a traditional yoga mat wasn't very useful to me. After ordering an 89' Manduka yoga mat online I was able to start, and finish my yoga practice peacefully. I always left modo yoga energized balanced focused and ready to complete daily tasks that were set in-front of me for the day or evening. Another perk is sometimes the yoga instructors would say a little mantra before or after the practice which gave me lots to ponder over, in the meaning it had to my life of course. Some instructors would give messages or adjustments during the practice which was very beneficial to me. I liked that they use a poker chip system to lay out infront of your mat to alert the instructors if you didn't want any adjustments. I also liked that they would have you raise your hand before they sprayed anything to let them know if you had allergies or were sensitive to certain smells. I enjoyed the adjustments and oils or whatever they sprayed it never bothered me one bit. I would say this is the best yoga studio in town. Plenty of room to sprawl out and do your practice. The yoga instructors were very patient kind and knowledgeable of the yoga classes offered. If I had more time I would keep going at the moment. I will be back in the future.
