  • Not only did this take way too long the parts were wrong and they connected hot and cold faucet water lines both to the cold water line only?!?! So basically walked the job with them, they took no notes or pictures just acted casual about the laundry list of things we needed done. Ordered the wrong faucet. Failed to connect hot water to a faucet. Made multiple trips back without finishing jobs properly each time. Blamed the supply company for the timing issues. Maybe they would have been delivered on time if the correct parts were ordered hahaha... Basically didn't take our job seriously. I am sure they will take it seriously now but too late.
