  • When I took the tour of the facility, I was showed the Suites, which I was told would hv the television on at All times & some furniture for them to sit & lye on. This is why u pay Allot more for a suite vs a kennel. She said everyday they take em out to clean them. This was why they weren't in there Whn I took the tour. When I dropped my dogs off a few days later, I went to their suite to say bye & the TV was NOT on as they promised nor was there furniture. I noticed most of em were NOT on! I left them brand new toys & their blankets. When I picked them up 10 days later, my pit bull who is a hefty lil guy, was skinny. I had NEVER seen his ribs b4 this day. I left them w/a bag of their own food, so why weren't they given enough food!? They were both upset & acting scared. And when they gave me their belongings back, the toys were still New! They never gave em their stuff! I asked the girl who checked us out about the furniture. "Did they at least hv furniture to lye on?" She looked at me puzzled & said " we don't put furniture in the suites". I asked why I was told that & she couldn't explain. They ripped me off! I paid extra for everything & they didn't do any of it! My poor babies layed in a big empty room an cold hard floors & not enough food, with nothing to keep em occupied for 10 days!! Im Pissed! Don't trust this place and Don't believe anything they say they will do. These so called up grades are only to take extra money. They didn't do any of it. They are Liars!
