  • In terms of combining amazing food and a great atmosphere, Gaucho Parrilla Argentina stood out head and shoulders above the rest of the (very good) restaurants I tried on a recent trip to Pittsburgh. Plusses: amazing food, both vegetarian and meatetarian; hilarious staff, who were yelling and singing and just having a blast the entire time; like, imagine the happy townsfolk at the beginning of some Disney movie. Minuses: Gaucho Parrilla Argentina exists only in the world and not inside us; as in, to return I will have to return to Pittsburgh.
