  • This has to be the absolute worse dealership my husband and I have ever experienced. They are dishonest and extremely shady. We had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from them which we kept for several years. Upon trading said vehicle in for a new car at another local Chevrolet dealer we were informed that our trade in had been involved in an accident (prior to our ownership). Thorobred did NOT divulge this information when they were selling us the Suburban, of course. We recently decided to try them again this weekend and trade in my husbands truck for a new model. Saw the advertised deal online with the specials being offered. Went in for our appointment to discover that now the truck was $2000 more, seriously? Also, they have advertised that they will give up to $120% of the KBB, but then come back so far below the KBB it's a joke!!! My husband is very diligent in his research before undertaking the headache of buying a new car so he knows what he should be getting and what he should pay. These jokers have no idea how to deal, only rip people off. Save yourself some time and money and head over to Chapman in Tempe. That is where you will find honest sales and finance managers.
