  • WOW what a disappointment. Ive always recommended this place to people for excellent pastry. Im sure their individual portions are great, but this is my first time experiencing their full sized cake. I grew up with my love of Schmetanik, or also known as black and white cake (it has a chocolate layer on top, with many layers in between). I love it. However, the full sized cake was very dry and the layers were so thick! Usually they're very thin. Definitely was over baked. It's more so the chocolate cake base that was super dry. Whats going on? New staff? Keeping old cakes on the shelves? Very upset.
