  • I had damaged the power jack on my laptop and took it to Nate based on the previous Yelp reviews. He made a quick diagnosis and repaired it within a few days. And his charges were very reasonable. What's up with that? SOOOOO unlike other computer repair experiences I've had in the past where they charge you a fortune just to touch your machine, plus treat you like a dope, or worse, have no clue what they are doing and bollix everything up worse than it was in the first place. Hooray Nate!
