  • My review is for the Dobson Rd (Chandler) location. Despite so many negative reviews, I decided to give this group a chance due to convenience of location. I saw Rebecca Ortiz, NP and she was amazing. The wait was not long at all. I was unimpressed with the girls at check-in. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy but there was no friendliness at all. There's a triage nurse (Robin) that's called me a few times, also not the most friendly. Being in healthcare for 17+ years, including management, I understand how important customer service is and how kindness, regardless of situation, is mandatory. All of that said, the girls at the front desk and the Triage nurse aren't the ones treating me. I highly recommend Ms. Ortiz (and I actually have to friends). One other thing to consider, they have multiple locations and I think their calls go to a central number, not necessarily the office of your choosing. For some, that's impersonal. I've only called them a couple of times and it didn't seem to bothersome.
